The worship of God is mainstay of life as congregation meeting in St Twrog’s Church. We believe this most important activity that engage in, and from worship that our fellowship, service and outreach flow. Two services are normally held each Sunday in the morning and early evening, one in Welsh and other in English. The monthly rota of Sunday services is found below.
The Holy Eucharist, the Church’s central act of worship, is celebrated each Sunday in one or of language. The liturgy use Church in Wales 2004 Order for Celebration the Holy Eucharist. We welcome there who receive communion in churches other denominations to share with us in Holy Communion. For Matins and Evensong, we follow the more traditional pattern of Church in Wales Book for Common Prayer 1984. Morning Prayer (follow time for fellowship) is normally said in church on Tuesday mornings following are weekly service in Llanddarog Church in Wales School led by the Vicar.
Every third Sunday at 2.30pm, more informal service is held in National Botanic Gardens, in ‘Ty Principality.’ Admission is services entrance to rear of Garden. A welcome is extended to all to join us this service, and our thanks to officers the Garden for cooperation.
Baptisms, Marriages and Funerals celebrated and preparation Confirmation. Arrangements other services the Church, including ministry in times of sickness is should made that Vicar. We believe in worship we offer the whole of lives to God, our hopes and fears, our joys and sorrows. Great care taken in preparing worship at St Twrog’s Church of best to God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit – our Creator, Redeemer and Sanctifier.
